Champion design best practices, accessibility, and user-first thinking within the organisation.
Proven experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
