Welcome to BitpointX PTY LTD. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following payment terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transaction.
1. Payment Acceptance
1.1 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, digital wallets.
1.2 All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise agreed.
1.3 By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payments for services/products must be made upfront unless a specific agreement allows for payment instalments or deferred payments.
2.2 Invoices, where applicable, are due within 15 days or as specified in the invoice terms. Failure to pay within the stated period may result in suspension or termination of services.
2.3 A late payment fee of 2% per month may apply to overdue balances.
3. Recurring Payments
3.1 If you sign up for a subscription or recurring payment service, you authorise BitpointX PTY LTD to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, as specified in your agreement.
3.2 Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains valid and up to date.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@bitpointx.au.
4.2 Refunds will not be provided for services/products already rendered, unless otherwise required by law.
4.3 Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days from the approval date.
5. Taxes and Fees
5.1 Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2 You are responsible for any taxes or fees incurred due to your use of our services.
6. Disputed Payments
6.1 If you believe a payment was processed in error, please contact us immediately at support@bitpointx.au
6.2 Disputed payments must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date for investigation.
6.3 Chargebacks without prior notification may result in suspension of services and additional fees to cover processing costs.
7. Security and Privacy
7.1 BitpointX PTY LTD uses secure payment gateways to ensure your financial information is protected.
7.2 We do not store your payment information beyond what is necessary for processing transactions and complying with legal obligations. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Payment Terms
8.1 BitpointX PTY LTD reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email/website notification and become effective upon posting.
8.2 Continued use of our services after changes to the payment terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
